Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since you've received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email contact@shoplunakc.com and we'll email you one right back. You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will be deducted from your refund.
